Using the service

Kinpict is a family-photo tool that helps users generate prompts, edit family images, and create realistic family-photo results. By using the service, you agree to follow the product rules and use it only for lawful purposes.

We may update features, limits, pricing, or supported workflows over time. The live product pages control the current behavior of the service.

Eligibility and account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for making sure the information you provide is accurate. If you create an account or use a login method tied to another service, you remain responsible for activity that occurs through that account.

If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support promptly so we can help secure the account and review recent activity.

Accounts, credits, and payments

If a workflow uses credits or paid access, the live pricing and checkout pages describe the current offer. You are responsible for reviewing those pages before you buy.

If a payment or credit issue occurs, contact support with the relevant account details so we can review the case.

Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of AI generations and the immediate infrastructure costs incurred, all sales of credits are generally final and non-refundable. However, we want you to have a positive experience. You may request a refund under the following conditions:

Refund requests must be sent to support@kinpict.com within fourteen (14) days of your purchase. The request must include your transaction/order ID, purchase date, and account email.

Once approved, refunds are processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days and returned via your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, the refund may take additional time to reflect on your statement.

• Eligibility: Credits must be completely unused (zero generations performed with the purchased credit package)
• Non-refundable: Packages where one or more credits have been consumed, or purchases older than 14 days
• Violations: No refunds will be issued for accounts suspended due to violations of our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service

Your responsibilities and acceptable use rules

You must only upload photos you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for making sure the content you submit does not violate privacy, copyright, trademark, publicity, or other intellectual property rights.

By using the service, you agree to comply with our Content & Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). The following activities and content categories are strictly prohibited: (1) Pornography / Adult / NSFW content; (2) Violence, blood, and gore; (3) Hate speech and harassment; (4) Child exploitation or safety violations; (5) Deepfakes, impersonation, or unauthorized face-swaps; (6) Copyright or trademark infringement.

If we detect or receive a report that your submissions or generated content violate these rules, your account will be immediately terminated, your access blocked, and any remaining credit balance (purchased or promotional) will be permanently forfeited, reset to zero, and rendered strictly non-refundable.

You are responsible for reviewing the final output before you print, publish, or share it, especially when the result will be used publicly or commercially. You should not rely on generated results as a substitute for professional legal, medical, or photographic evidence advice.

User content and output review

You keep the rights to your original uploads to the extent you had rights to use them in the first place. A generated result may still need review before it is suitable for sharing or printing.

Because source quality and prompt detail can materially affect the final output, you should verify the image before treating it as finished.

Service limits and disclaimers

AI-generated results can vary based on source photos, prompt quality, and model behavior. We do not guarantee that every first result will be perfect, complete, or suitable for every purpose.

The service is provided as-is and may change, pause, or evolve as we improve the product and its safety controls.
